Vision
Have you noticed that many businesses, and even churches, have migrated towards the larger towns and cities leaving a void in smaller towns? At Oasis our vision is to bring the gospel message back to rural Wyoming for people to experience Jesus Christ right at home!
Mission
To provide an Oasis for our community to find rest and rise up in Jesus Christ.
Rest: We find rest in Jesus’ promises for our soul when we turn to Him.
Matthew 11:28-30
Rise: As we grow in understanding of who Jesus is, we begin to rise in His grace.
2 Peter 3:18
Reach: Overflowing with His love, we reach out so the gospel message can be shared.

Values
Because we place great value upon biblical
truth, we recognize that as we each “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” we will value:
Community: First with God and then with others. We were never meant to live alone. As a spiritual family we will celebrate, mourn, laugh, and cry together.
Prayer: The bible teaches us to keep watch and pray so that we will not be led astray. During those times when we don’t know how, or what to pray, the Holy Spirit will help us.
Service: We desire to share the grace of Jesus as we serve the members of our community by being involved in our school and town.
Healing: Recognizing that we are all broken, we want to be a place where it’s okay to be broken, a place that as we find rest in Jesus Christ, we can find true healing.
Giving: Knowing that God has blessed each of us in special ways, we want to give a portion of those blessings back to God so that He can bless others through us.
Sending: Oasis is here for the Burns community and surrounding areas. Realizing there is a need in many small communities just like ours across Wyoming, we are committed to being a church that reproduces healthy churches within other small towns.
